CHARGES & TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of £25.00, for each week or part-week, must be received within 7 days of the booking otherwise the dates requested will be released. The balance to be paid on arrival.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
All damages and breakages caused during occupancy are your responsibility – You are expected to take care of the property and its contents during your stay.
PETS
We do not allow pets at Corbar Bank
SMOKING
The apartment is definitely No Smoking.
BED LINEN & TOWELS
All bed linen, tea towels, personal towels, soaps and toilet rolls, kitchen roll and napkins are included in the rental charge.
GAS & ELECTRICITY
All electricity, gas and water usage is included in the rental charge.
DEPARTURE
Before your arrival, the apartment is meticulously cleaned and presented, and you are politely requested that you leave the apartment in a condition that you would like to find it. The owners of Corbar Bank reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning and materials if the accommodation and equipment are left in an excessively dirty or damaged condition.
We aim to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times. Please let us know of your plans when you book.
